In the event that Whitehall District Schools close due to severe winter weather, the Township will have a two (2) hour delay.

The Housing 101 Community Workshop scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, 2026 has been cancelled due to a family emergency experienced by the facilitator of the workshop. The workshop will be rescheduled, and information will be sent out as soon as the reschedule date is decided. As a part of the master plan rewrite process, Fruitland Township is putting on a Housing 101 Community Workshop, hosted by Flywheel. The results of this workshop will be used to inform the Township Master Plan update, a citizen guided policy document that sets land use development and preservation goals for the future.
