West Michigan Environmental Action Council (WMEAC) will host Keeping White Lake Water Clean Water Quality Forum at Fruitland Township Hall, 4545 Nestrom Road, Whitehall, Michigan, on August 18, 2022 from 6 to 8PM.
The forum will cover the following topics: update on the cleanup of the DuPont/Chemours site; emerging threats to water quality (E.coli and toxic algae; how green infrastructure can address stormwater runoff pollution; climate change and the Great Lakes and an overview/best practices for management of septic systems.
